Vinay has co-founded three startups in the past with successful exits. Prior to founding BCD iLabs, Vinay led the global Digital Organization at Ingredion Inc., a Fortune-500 food ingredient multinational corporation as their Global Vice President of Digital Transformation and Strategy focusing on R&D and Manufacturing transformation.
At BCD iLabs, he focuses his knowledge and expertise to improve food production yield at all stages of the food lifecycle, from food formulation, food manufacturing, food logistics and sustainable food production. At BCD iLabs, he is responsible for go-to-market and product development for these cutting-edge, AI-powered products and solutions for the Food & Beverage industry.

George Lenhart brings innovation by delivering novel solutions to seemingly unsolvable problems to diverse organizations in government and private industries. By leveraging his past success at Hershey, where he pioneered a solution for IoT connectivity by successfully controlling manufacturing equipment that receives prescriptive direction from Azure’s Analytic Cloud service, he then expanded this approach to other manufacturing facilities, industries, and the government.The focus is on leveraging AI to dramatically reduce time to ROI, finding solutions that produce quantifiable results time and time again. With 20+ years of experience with technology initiatives, data analyses and consultation has resulted in measurable improvements and recognition. Currently, he is directing his efforts on understanding the evolution of AI and ML and its global trajectory. At BCD iLabs he is responsible for our Innovation Lab where new discoveries in AI are created, tested and brought to market. He also runs all of the deployments of all products at BCD iLabs.
Smita Bhoskar is a highly experienced professional, with over 17 years of experience in the domains of pharma/drug discovery, and food and beverages. She brings extensive experience in R&D and pilot-scale operations, adhering to GLP and GMP regulations. Smita’s contributions to the field are evident through the publication of multiple papers and patents in renowned journals, showcasing her innovative ideas and valuable insights. Proficient in a diverse range of software tools, including PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) software, LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System), and AI-based applications, Smita, as part of the BCD iLabs team, is dedicated to assisting Food and Beverage companies in streamlining their research and development processes through software solutions.
Supriyo Mukherjee is a highly accomplished Lead Data Scientist with over 7 years of hands-on experience in the field of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. Having worked in various roles across different sectors, Supriyo possesses a comprehensive understanding of the challenges and opportunities presented by today’s rapidly evolving technological landscape.At BCD iLabs, his expertise, which ranges from predictive analytics, alternate recipe generation, high protein food and beverage formulation and recommendation systems, to time series, natural language processing, and computer vision-based plant disease detection and drone-based applications, is an invaluable addition to the team.
